Make it mandatory for all states to have Medical Marijuana legalization voting by the next presidential election.

It is every Americans right to vote. It is time that our Government recognizes this & gives us the opportunity to decide for ourselves whether or not THE PEOPLE want to Legalize Medical Marijuana in there respective states. For this reason I am asking The President Of the United States, Mr. Barack Obama to Make it a Presidential requirement that all states give us the right to vote on Medical Marijuana Legalization no later than the upcomming presidential election. It is time Mr. President that you show Americans that CHANGE is trully possible in the United States.
