Make it mandatory that any canidate that runs for President obe a prior member of our Armed Forces.

The canidate running for President must be a prior memeber of our Armed Forces how can that individual be the Commander in Chief of our military if they have never served. If the canidate for President is not prior military then the canidate for VP must be prior military. But one of the two canidants must be prior service active, guard or resevre.
