Make it mandatory for Congress to vote on ALL bills presented, instead of sending them to Committee's.

Created by M.H. on November 17, 2012

Making a "for or against" vote mandatory for bills presented in Congress will help the views and ideals of Government catch up to the citizens. Far too often do centerline ideas for change fall by the wayside, because Congress refuses to work with one-another. It is a mockery of American citizens to send bill after bill to Committees and Sub-Committees to intentionally block them from a vote. Removing this process will force Congress to once again do their job, that we pay for, and help restore order. If a member of Congress cannot vote on the issue because they don't know enough about it, then they should not be in Congress.
