Super PACS may engage in unlimited political spending independently of campaigns. Unlike traditional PACs, they can raise funds from individuals, corporations, unions and other groups, without any legal limit on donation size. Super PACS also do not have to immediately disclose where there funding comes, and can do so on a quarterly basis. In other words people may not find out a Super PAC's donors until after an election.
