Make It Mandatory During C.P.S. Investigations To Provide Housing Of Parents with Children As Opposed To Foster Care.

D.S.S. frequently in the past and present, has used their investigations of parental stability to gain more children for their adoption programs. They are insidious most of the time and should be regulated, controlled and checked to the utmost, especially, when dealing with one's most precious gift from GOD, their children. We ask the Obama administration to make it law that homes for parents and children caught in a D.S.S. battle be the first step and not by the fox watching the henhouse (D.S.S.) but by an agency, whose goal is homes for "parents and children", whose fate is foster care, to keep children out of the foster homes set up by D.S.S. We also ask for a modification of the law of parents having to prove their innocence, as opposed to the D.S.S. having to prove parental guilt.
