Make it mandatory for every state to have several Drum and bugle corp options for high school and college students.

Drum and bugle corp (or DCI) has been a great experience In our nation's history. Every since the 1990s the number of drum and bugle corp has decreased greatly in our nation, to the point of some states not having any options to increase their musical career. Their is currently today only 42 drum corps remaining out of over 150 in the past. Drum corp is a very rare experience and should be offered to all of those who love music enough to devote themselves to the hard labors of this sport.
