Make it mandatory for an on guard and armed police officer be placed at each school across the nation.

I would like to see a law making it mandatory for all schools to be protected from outside violence. The schools have the ability to lock down the school but clearly this is not enough. With an armed official on the grounds and in the halls the ability to subdue anyone that tries to hurt innocent children will be greatly reduced.
