Make it mandatory for high schools to rank their leaving seniors by weighted GPA only and regulate letter grading scales

It is pretty simple, I think everything should be regulated in high schools nationwide to allow for a level playing field when applying for college. The grading scale should be the same in every corner of the country so students with a more lenient grading scale can't receive a higher GPA without properly earning it. Lastly, I also think the GPA nationwide should be regulated to a 5.0 weighted scale. So as to reward students for taking the more challenging classes, where not all high schools do. By doing this we can favor the higher end students to rightfully attend difficult schools to receive the education needed to keep innovating in America. This also allows for those who really deserve it to achieve honors like valedictorian for their hard work. Please support.
