Make it mandatory to include solar power in all new buildings be private or government owned.

I Amanda Randall am proposing this petition to the American people. To combat climate change by reducing fossil fuel emissions. I wish to make it mandatory for any new building being built it must include solar power being used to subsidize current power use. I want wind turbines to be put on land where farmers cattle graze. Ranchers/farmers are to receive a minimum payment for each turbine put up so that in a year when cattle/crops are not productive it will not cripple the rancher or farmer.In addition government should include grants to help cover the cost of such installations.
We must preserve this earth for future generations.
