Make it a mandatory federal law to have all local and state patrol police cars, police officers video monitoring each and every stop they make while on duty calls. Cameras should be permanently monitored to all patrol car dashboards and officers uniforms at all time. Camera video should be monitored on cloud servers. Cameras will be tested daily before and after duty proceedings.
Police officers will be permanently suspended without administrative duty and pay if cameras at any time are found to be cut off during the call.
Police officers will be permanently suspended without administrative duty and pay if video is tampered and editing to internal memory card and does not match the video on cloud server.
Cloud server video taping will be a right to the plaintiff, defendant and lawyer(s)
