Many kids ignore the pledge of allegiance, and sit while fellow classmates do what their supposed to and stand with their hand over their heart. If you are going to go to live in America and be a part of our schooling system, you should have to stand with your hand over your heart during the pledge to show that you respect this country. Not doing so is showing intentional disrespect to the United States of America.
