Make it mandatory that the Secretary of Education, actually have a background in Education (at least 5 years experience)

This petition is to ensure that whoever holds the position of Secretary of Education has actually taught in a school before (minimum 5 years). It is time to stop letting people who have never taught in a classroom, tell teachers how they should teach or what to teach.
