The D.S.S. frequently, in the past and present, has used their investigations into parental stability to gain more children for their adoption programs. They're insidious most of the time and should be regulated, controlled and checked to the utmost, especially, when dealing with one's most precious gift from GOD, their children. We ask the Obama administration to make it law that homes for parents and children caught in a so-called "CPS" battle be the first step, not by the fox watching the henhouse/D.S.S., but by an agency, whose goal is to set up homes for people caught in a D.S.S. battle and keep children out of the foster homes set up by D.S.S. We also ask for a modification of the law of parents having to prove their innocence, as opposed to the D.S.S. having to prove parental guilt.
