To make it Mandatory for the USA women Olympic ice hockey teams to include African ,Latin and Native Americans on team

We demand The USA Olympic Ice Hockey Team to include minorities. To include African Americans, Latin Americans and Native Americans .These Minorities have been excluded since the formation of the Team in the late 1990's no explanation has been included in outline of team. We want it to become mandatory as of the Sochi 2014 Olympics
