Mandatory drug screening and testing on recipients that are recieving welfare/ government assistance who are using all illegal drugs and unprescribed medications. This also applies on all illegal aliens and make it a crime for any illegal immigrant to apply for american assistance while currently illegal tresspassing in the United States. Welfare/ government assistance recipients will sign a waiver to submit to the drug testing. On a positive testing, recipients will lose all government benefits for one year until another drug test will be given and properly passed. The recipient must reapply for benefis once cleared by the case worker handing the case. It will be illegal for all government workers to allow recipients to illegally recieve benefits after violating the above laws.
