Make it mandatory for women getting child support to show proof of how & where the moneys they receive are spent.

I live in indianapolis, indiana and when it comes to child support, they call indiana a woman's state. I've witnessed men go to jail for being $10 short of a child support payment. I've witnessed women live entirely off of their chils support payment themselves while the children they receive the payment for looks as if not one dime has been spent on them. Women still deprive men from seeing their children while it is court ordered visitation. If the man wants to press the issue, he has to get an attorney, have his attorney to schedule a court date, have the mother summoned by the courts, and then attend the court hearing. Not to mention this process takes months to get going. The whole time the father still goes without their child. This is unacceptable to the men who pay.
