Make it mandontory that your job follow 3 steps to terminate you.unless they have a good reason .job related of harmful

I was let go from my job after 16 years just because of one woman who didnt like me.My boss didnt even want to get rid of me .I had been a very good and faithful employee.I loved my job.We were contracted food service .The woman was assistant to the man over our contract.We had just signed a year contract everything was fine.the district manager from my company called the next day to confirm everything was ok.The woman told him she didnt want me there anymore.So without any reason he came down and let me go.My boss knew she didnt like me and had told her to leave me alone.She saw the chance to get rid of me and she took it.My boss didnt even know what was going on till it happened.It shattered my life.I had no prevous thing against me at all.I was a great employee.This shouldnt happen.
