This petition is to make it so that police nation wide only shoot at people if fired upon, this is standard by our military and it should be a standard for law enforcement everywhere.
Oct 23, 2013 a 13 year old boy was shot seven times in the back by police because he had a toy AK47 rifle, and the boy didn't drop it when the cops ordered, so they open fire killing the child on site. This could of been avoided if the police had proper training and followed the rule Do not file unless fired upon.
