I live in Morocco, dropouts here don't have that many chances to get a High School diploma, English isn't our first or 2nd language either but I'm an actual dropout who would need a GED to be able to get the minimum. Not possible in this country nor in many other 3rd world countries. You can certainly reduce the unemployment in the world by making it possible for dropouts to finish their studies in the US without the trouble of holding a house and limiting a lot of teenagers from a good future.
