Make it possible for disaster victims to rebuild homes without bankruptcy courts or lenders taking the insurance funds.

Those of us who have had our homes, and property damaged or destroyed by natural disasters beg for a quick response. We plead that you pass legislation to stop Bankruptcy courts or any lenders from having the right to lay claim to any insurance claim funds granted to victims. We should have the right to rebuild our homes, and move past the horror that we have endured. We should not be victimized again by Bankruptcy courts or aggressive lenders.
