Make it possible for disaster victims to rebuild their homes without bankruptcy courts or lenders taking insurance funds

Those of us that have had our homes and property destroyed or damaged by natural disasters beg that you hear us, and respond immediately. We plead that you pass legislation to stop bankruptcy courts or any lenders from having the right to lay claim to any insurance claim funds granted to victims. We should have the right to rebuild our homes, and move past the horror that we have endured. We should not be victimized again by bankruptcy courts or aggressive lenders.
