Make it possible for those that are 17 to vote in the primaries if they are eligible to vote in November

Everyone knows that the youth vote is incredibly important to the candidates. Currently only 11 states offer 17 year olds to vote in the primaries if they are eligible to vote in the general elections in November. Those teenagers are people who have no say towards who they want as their primary candidate. Stand against those other 39 states to allow the generations a voice
