The father on my grandsons birth certificate is not his biological father. My daughter allowed him to sign and she has mental issues. She was also married to someone else at the time. I have sole custody of my grandson at this time and I have been informed that I can not do anything about this. I feel that both my daughter and the father on my grandsons birth certificate should be punished for doing this.
