Due to the over abundance of petitions that are making their way onto social networking sites these days we feel that it is important to make sure those who feel the need to create them are not completely without intelligent thought. We feel that an educational requirement should be set and that the person should have to pass some kind of test to prove that they are not a complete imbecile and thus waste the precious little time our government has to do things such as take vacations during times of economic crisis and the like.
