People struggle each day to prove that they matter. One of the most basic forms of proof is your existence. Like it or not just because you physically exist that usually is not enough to prove that your really exist. By really existing I mean on paper you exist. To do a lot of important things in this country and to travel outside of it you must prove you exist and the most basic form is a birth certificate. Americans should have the right to request at least one free copy of proof of existence. Our Declaration of Independence states we have the unalienable right to life. Let us make sure we allow our fellow Americans the right to prove they have a life at no charge.
