As it is know having a Drivers Licences and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is a privilege and state governments are very quick to take it away for any reason. Do to the amount of distances many Americans have to for their commutes to a job to be able to provide for their families and the lack of public transportation options in many areas of the US. Driving is necessary for many to live and work and with out it they can not earn money and work as they need to. Making it a Right to Drive wouldn't allow anyone even the state or national government to take it away.
