Young men today are wearing their pants so low that their underwear show. Often, more than their underwear ends up showing. I find this offensive that I have to look at this or my child has to see this when we are out shopping or in a public place. If people can be charged with a sexual offense for far less offensive acts, than I do not see why this is not considered bad. I, and scores of other people, are tired of having to see this.
