Make it so that clients served by county or state DHS or DD services to have over a 50% say in who there case manger is.

Currently DHS and DD services are designed for the client... or so they say. I am one such client in the services, and they give 0% say to the client about who their case manager is. Since the service is about the client, for the client, and the client knows who they work best with, it is only right for the client to be able to have at least 50%+ say in who they work with. This petition is to make it law that the client gets at least 50%+ say in this decision on what they should already have a huge say in.
