Make it so presidential campaigns are limited to a budget for all parties

I believe there house be a sort of budget for presidential campaigns. Have a limit as to how much each party can spend overall on their campaign this way our election process is not tainted by which candidate has supporters with deeper pockets. Doing this will cause candidates to work harder showing the american people what they plan on doing instead ofE trying to play political agenda's to gain more financial backing.
