I cannot believe you cannot change your password or reach your account information on https://petitions.whitehouse.gov
When you forget your password and click to get an email sent to you, that email contains a link that claims "This link can only be used once to log in and will lead you to a page where you can set your password. It expires after one day and nothing will happen if it's not used."
That link does not lead to to a page where you can set your password.
Seriously, do not enhance the impression that the government does not understand the internet, or worse, is incompentent and lazy. Fix your bugs.
