make it unconstitution to have a Check engine light that can serve as an unidentified sensor for over 500 car issues

Created by A.M. on May 09, 2013

would like to abolish the check engine light as a criteria for failing any car inspection when it does not pertain to emisssions or a potential life threatening defect of owners auto. This across the board , automatic failure puts a hardship on consumers who already pay a high price(gasoline , car insurance, regular maintainance, and wear and tear repairs of their car). They are unable to get get a valid inspection sticker with out paying for computer diagnostics and costly, time consuming repairs of something that that does not require or permit the drivier form operating an otherwise safe vehicle.
