Make it unconstitutional for people to represent themselves in court of law without a lawyer

Created by C.R. on July 07, 2014

As mentioned in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment, we are all subject to the due process of law. However when one decides to represent themselves, they have no chance of winning whatsoever. With that being said, it is the government's duty to make sure everybody has a fair trial when it comes to this issue. By doing so citizens can be protected from an unfair trial!

“He who represents himself has a fool for a client”, Abraham Lincoln.
