The request for aproval of a $ 60.4 billion Sandy disaster relief package is filled with unnecassary Pork spending.
This Relief Package and ALL future disaster relief packages should be for disaster relief only.
It should be made into law, a crime for any politician at any level to lobby fellow lawmakers to add Pork spending for his/her vote on the bill.
Disaster bills should only pertain to the area of the disaster and not funding in other parts of the country that were not directly affected by the disaster.
