Employees should be allowed to opt out of mandatory influenza vaccinations without reporting a reason for declination and without the threat of termination.
It should be the right of an individual to decide if influenza vaccine is injected into their body.
Although yearly influenza vaccines have become "common" they are still drugs with the risks of adverse effects. These vaccines are being mandated by companies and when refused, at will employment workers are being terminated.
