Make it unlawful to request binding arbitration

Created by J.S. on March 03, 2014

It should be unlawful for a company or individual to request a person sign a binding arbitration contract. When you sign binding arbitration, you give up your right to a jury of your peers.
Binding arbitration violates our constitutional right to due process.
