Employers should have to pay out cost of living raises to all employees if the minimal wage has gone up. Cost of living goes up for everyone and not only just the people just starting the job as a new hire.
Their are some very hard working Americans that have worked hard to earn bonuses raises doing tasks that help everyone in some way or an other. Those Americans have but many years of service and dedication in. The raises they earned don't mean much when others are starting more then them because the minimal wadge has gone way up. The government needs to crack down on cheap skate companies and force them not to aide in weakening the middle class and the economy but driving it as it would its sales.
