make it where companies get tax credits based on how much they pay their non administrative workers.

I suggest that you give companies tax cuts based on how much they pay their non administrative workers. I don't want to use the term "lowest on the totem pole" but im talken about the every day hard working American. Meaning the more they filter down the money they make the less the owners get taxed.

This should be set on a table and it should be based on how much the company makes each year and how much it pays out. The better the company takes care of its workers the better the company is rewarded.

Senior executive positions do not count, Nor does bonus, or rewards to those positions as payouts.

Having companies pay more brings more money to the economy it drives up the yearly family income. Given families the ability to pay for more on their own and less dependent on government
