The 2nd Amendment needs to be changed to keep up with technology. It was written during a war with the British when they used muskets. We can't sit around doing nothing, while people(the children of Sandy Hook for example) are being murdered by weapons meant for WAR, not self defense. The infatuation some people have with guns and killing is a mental illness, and these people shouldn't be allowed to own a gun.
