Frank Bianco just happens to be a downright awesome guy,so why not honor that awesomeness with a national holiday? It's done for past Presidents,civil rights leaders and made up religious martyrs, so why not a real life awesome dude?
It wouldn't cost anything and no special ceremony is needed...but free cake for life would be a nice humble gesture.
