We need to get China and the US to make Japan Multicultural by bribing the Japanese government into flooding Japan with millions immigrants from Africa, India, South America, South East Asia and the middle East.
The Japanese government can call it 'Diversity' or 'Multiculturalism' and promote it on Japanese TV. Any Japanese who objects can be called a 'Racists' and put in jail for 'Hate Speech'.
After a couple of generations Japanese people will become a minority and then eventually blended out of existence. Japan will no longer be a rich country and they will forget about hunting whales and dolphins.
