Make job drug testing and Background check before initial employment barred for a mandatory time of two months

This petition is created to give a chance to people who are seeking employment while trying to detox and become a useful member of society. although being addicted to a drug is considered a disability most people are occasional users not addicted but are heading in that direction.this is for the people who realize with out medical help that what they are doing is wrong a unproductive on there own and want to change but,give your self a chance to think in there shoes what if you cant afford certain things to even get to in to rehab,like the initial cost or the cost of transportation. i believe that if you are honest with the employer and tell them that you are a user they should still consider you and drug screen you after a certain period of time to at least give you a chance to provide
