Jones Potato Chips, a hallmark in the Mansfield Ohio area since WW2 were recently forced to change their recipe to another cooking oil. The new cooking oil significantly altered the taste an quality of the food. Because of the forced change a local family business is suffering a significant loss of business. While understanding the need for improved health across our county, we must also balance freedom of choice. I propose an exemption to the Trans Fat ban for products already in use, akin to a grandfather clause.
