We the people of these United States of America do hereby request that the current administration require Joshua Buma, a West Hollywood resident, to cut his hair. The hairstyle had some fame in the mid 40's by middle class housewives, and recently made notoriety by Snookie from Jersey Shore and The Weird guy on Ancient Aliens. It had it's moment, and now must go.
