Make June 19 National Cleveland, Ohio Day.

Created by R.H. on June 25, 2016

The Cleveland Cavaliers triumphantly won the NBA Championship on June 19, 2016, officially ending Cleveland's 52 year title drought. Despite heartbreak, dramatic losses, and a team greedily moved out of the city for a short period, Clevelanders have loyally stuck by our teams. Whether it is the Cavs, The Indians, or Cleveland's beloved Browns, Clevelanders will affectionately embrace these teams-win or lose- far more than any other major fan base in the country. No question. Therefore, now that the long, cruel and emotional period is over, I hereby request June 19 be National Cleveland, Ohio Day.
