For decades, gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transsexual Americans have fought for the right to love who they wish and their own claim to the American dream and it is time that their bravery and strength be honored. While the fight for fair treatment is not over for millions of Americans who do not fit society's mold for sexuality as well as gender identity, it is imperative that we honor how far we have come to reminder ourselves of all the work left to be done to insure that America is a nation where all people are treated equal and with the utmost dignity and respect.
