Citizens should not be forced and coerced by Federal or state government's to serve on jury duty. If i qualify and want to perform jury duty it should be my decision, not forced on me by state or federal statutes--- especially in Wyoming.
Please help me change the Wyoming state statute and or all other states, counties and local municipalities. Thank You.
