Justice seems to be only afforded those with money in this country. You can't file a case you can't even get court transcripts or copies of orders with out having to pay. A judge can order you to mediation with no regard to one's ability to pay for it. Most free and low cost legal aid are swamped and don't have the manpower for the number of people that are in need.
It is time everyone in this country is afforded their legal right to justice. People deserve equal protection under the law not just those who can afford it.
Courts should not be able to mandate an individual pay for a service. Secondly you shouldn't have to hire an attorney just to file a motion with a court that you do not have the money to afford an attorney or anything else in the first place!
