All distributors {radio stations, malls who play it, etc.} must stop immediately or face the same charges as anthrax distributors. Everyone in the United States must fill out a form saying if they have "Beiber Fever", if they do, they will be quarantined. If there are at least three witnesses to testify someone does have it will be quarantined. All personal friends will be quarantined and must stay in a mental hospital for at least six months.
