Make a Kenny's Law to change the way law enforcement are trained in handling our Soldiers with PTSD.

Kenny's Law needs to pass so the law enforcement agencies are trained how to handle our soldiers coming home from deployment with PTSD. So they stop using excessive force on our soldiers and common people with PTSD. They need to be trained not to use helicopter flying over head and cops pointing guns at them. The negotiators need to be trained how to talk to them when all of this is going on. Our soldiers are trained to fight, They go into fight mode when they have a trigger. The police need to be retrained so this stops happening. There are too many coming home and getting killed by law enforcement when it can be handled differently.
