Make Killing and Murdering Police K9's Illegal a Felony and The Same Charge as Murdering another Human Being.

I fully believe anyone who Shoots or try's to kill a Police K9 should be charged with the same crime as if it was a Human being. To many Police K9's lately are getting killed in the line of duty. Well I realize they are doing there job there should be a felony charge for that.
